For parents

Little players.
Big care.

While little ones play and discover, grown-ups deserve to know how things work. Here is how Playtime handles privacy, along with the rules for using the app.

Privacy policy

This policy covers Playtime («Развивайка») for iPhone and iPad and this website. The app is designed for children aged 2–5. This page is intended for parents and other legal guardians.

Information during play

Playing does not require a child’s name, date of birth, phone number, email address or account. The app does not send game results or information about a child’s actions to the developer.

The app has no advertising, ad tracking, third-party analytics, chat or user-generated posts. It does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location. Activities, illustrations and audio work offline.

Progress stays on your device

Best level results, collected stars and sound and music settings are stored on your device. They are used only to continue playing and remember your settings.

The developer does not hold a server copy of this information. The app does not provide its own cloud sync. System backups and restoration are controlled by your device settings and Apple services.

To remove local information, delete the app together with its data in your device settings. Offloading the app while keeping its documents does not remove progress. Restoring a backup may bring saved results back.

Looking after children

We do not ask children for personal information or invite them to send photos, voice recordings or messages. Support is intended for adults.

Please do not send a child’s name, photos, date of birth or other personal details. If such information is included in a message by accident, contact us and we will delete it unless retention is required by law.

How this website works

This website has no advertising, analytics, registration forms or third-party fonts. To deliver a page, the server technically receives an IP address and HTTP request details. The web application itself does not keep a visitor access log or create visitor profiles.

On your first visit, the page language follows your browser’s language preferences. After a manual switch, only your language choice — Russian or English — is stored in a functional cookie for up to one year. The cookie contains no visitor identifier and is not used for tracking. You can delete it in your browser settings; the site also works without it.

Email services, hosting providers and external server infrastructure may process technical information as needed to deliver messages and operate and protect their services. That processing is governed by the relevant providers’ terms.

When you contact support

When an adult voluntarily contacts us, we receive the sender’s email address, message and attachments. We use them to reply and resolve the issue, not for advertising or to profile a child.

Messages are processed by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. Access to correspondence is limited to what is needed to handle the request. We do not sell information or share it with advertising networks.

Support correspondence is deleted no later than 90 days after the issue is resolved, unless longer retention is required by law or for an ongoing dispute. You may ask to access your correspondence, correct information or delete a request by writing from the address you originally used. Rights provided by applicable law are respected.

We cannot remotely delete or restore game progress because it is not sent to the developer.

Apple services and policy updates

App downloads, App Store transactions, system diagnostics and backups may be processed by Apple under its own terms and your settings. This policy does not replace Apple’s privacy policy.

If the app or our data handling changes, we will update this page and its revision date. Where separate consent is required, it will be requested before the relevant processing begins.

Terms of use

These terms describe a child’s use of the app under the responsibility of a parent or other legal guardian. They supplement the applicable App Store terms and Apple’s standard license agreement without limiting mandatory user rights.

Play for the family

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. An adult chooses suitable activities, helps the child when needed and decides on a comfortable play time. The app is not a medical product and does not promise specific developmental outcomes.

Access and purchases

In the current version, all game levels are available after installation. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If a download price applies, it is shown in the App Store before purchase. Payments and refund requests are handled under Apple’s rules and applicable law.

App materials

Illustrations, sounds, text and software are owned by the rights holder or used under license. Using the app does not grant rights to independently distribute or sell these materials. Exceptions provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Updates and saved progress

Updates may change activities, visuals and features. Progress is stored locally; deleting the app, a device failure or a change to a backup may cause it to be lost. We work to fix issues reported by users.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Please contact the developer with any concerns. Disputes are handled in accordance with applicable law.
